What is it for?

For those people who want a one-a-day, complete Food State multivitamin. It has higher levels of calcium than our other multivitamins.

What does it contain?

Cyto Gold is unique in that, although in a tablet form, it has no tableting excipients: the tablet is bound with our organic Phytofood Calcium product. It is a tablet with all active ingredients, and yields very good levels of all nutrients.
High in B vitamins, it also provides good levels of other vitamins and all minerals, including calcium and magnesium.
Each Cyto Gold tablet contains 2mg iron, which is a safe level for men and post-menopausal women to take. In some instances it may not be sufficient for women, who may be better with Foundation Formula because of their need for extra iron.
The nutrients in Cyto Gold are ‘Food State’ – this means the vitamins and minerals are in the same form as those that naturally occur in food.

Though a probiotic base is used no detectable lactose is present.

Recommended Dosages

- Children from aged 5-11 years = half tablet daily.
- People of 75kg or less = 1 tablet daily.
- People over 75kg = 1.5 tablets daily.
The tablets are scored and break easily in two for anyone who prefers to swallow small tablets. If you have difficulty swallowing capsules these are quite palatable to chew or it is very easy to grind them up and take with food.
