2) No 'Extras' eg colourings, flavourings & preservatives to be taken day after day
The equivalent of Meilleur’s sachet would require 5 large capsules, which many people don’t enjoy swallowing. Our powder form offers an easy alternative.
The powder has a mild taste - we haven't included any sweeteners to mask this - as we are all different, we feel this is best left to your preference.
Mixing in your food is usually sufficient.
The capsule contains the 'micro ingredients' of the recipe. We have designed this specifically to be easy to swallow.
I am neurotic about choking and have no problem taking this size capsule.
No 'Extras' - The Meilleur Difference
Our powder doesn't include 'extras' like binders that tablets need to hold them together.
You may choose to sweeten the formula to your taste - we haven't done this for you.
If the Meilleur Sachet was produced as a tablet it would also require:
No Bulking Agents: Eg (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, dicalcium phosphate) No Anti-caking Agents: Eg (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate) No Glazing Agents: Eg (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)), Cellulose Gum.
Uniform Blend
The powder is packed into sachets immediately after blending ensuring the contents for the daily dose remain constant over time.
Individually packed – stays fresh
Useful Reminder
Often I wonder if I have already taken a capsule from the bottle (it's my age!)
The empty sachet is a useful reminder - it goes straight in your Household Recycling.
How to Use the Sachet
The sachet contains a level teaspoon of white powder. The powder contains just the active ingredients - NO EXTRAS - so it has a mild taste that we haven't chosen to mask for you with sweeteners.
We find if the powder is mixed into food eg cereal and yoghurt that should be enough or maybe drizzle some honey over. You should find a routine that works for you.
The powder is partially soluble - so we don't recommend mixing just in water as some elements will settle out and it will have an unfamiliar taste.
The thicker the liquid eg fruit juice the longer the powder will hold in suspension and you may prefer the sweetness.
Stir into the liquid and it will hold in suspension while you drink it.
Best to Take with Food:
Food stimulates the digestive process for better absorption.
Flexible Consumption:
Enjoy it in one serving or split into Morning + Evening.
Versatile Mixing Options:
Mix into yogurt, cereal, or fruit juice or stir into cooked food.
Vitamin C doesn't like sustained exposure to high temperatures so mix into your cooked food before eating - not during cooking.
Find What Works for You:
There is no rhyme or rule.
Customize your intake to suit your preferences.
Develop your own routine - You might prefer '5 days on - 2 days off'.
Whatever, don’t worry if you miss a day, simply continue as usual - no need to double up.
