I have always struggled and been nervous with swallowing since a bad experience as a teenager! This capsule I find very good not to big not to small it doesnt freak me out in the slightest and thats a first! The powder a pleasant surprise mixes easily into my morning muesli and yoghurt.
For years I have had fidgety legs at night consequently broken sleep. I wouldnt say thats completely gone but its far more manageable. My sleep is so much better and I wake up in the morning feeling like Ive actually had a decent nights sleep!
